County Planning Report Templates (Section IV Reports) Due November 1, 2008

From Tony Wells;

We are Looking for interest in a paramedic outreach and or I to P bridge to start next fall (2009). We will work on schedules and a needs assessment for grant availability. We need to try to get numbers of users as we were told 12 to start and max out at 20. Having a year to plan also lets personnel attend and secure the A&P prerequisite and the EKG and IV cert's if needed. Please have interested parties contact Jeff S., Lonnie K. or Myself.
