County Reports, Section IV,

The following templates are to be used for counties to describe the process towards achievement of the goals in the County EMTS plans submitted in December 2007. All the NCRETAC is looking for is the goals progress, funds expended and benefits realized from the funds allocated to the counties from the NCRETAC account. Deadline for submitting the Section IV reports are November 1, 2008.

Some counties listed multiple goals and even though this is a good thing to do, all the NCRETAC can require is the report on the NCRETAC funds. See the Local_County_Planning_Policies. To verify the proper use of the funds the Section IV report needs to have as a separate document, an attestation by the Board of County Commissioners in your county. The Template Reports cannot be saved unless you have a full version of Adobe, you can however print a hard copy and submit the data by email. Recommend that you edit in a word processor program and save the edits, copy and paste into the template. If you have questions call 970-774-3280
